Overview
Carclew VR: Tower Quest transformed one of Adelaide’s most iconic heritage buildings into a vibrant virtual playground. Designed for young people aged 9 to 15, this hands-on school holiday program invited participants to become designers, 3D modellers, and digital adventurers.
Across multiple sessions held at Carclew House, participants created original characters using traditional drawing techniques, learned how to model them in 3D, and then saw their own creations come to life inside a custom-built virtual reality game. Set within a 3D recreation of Carclew House, the Tower Quest experience encouraged exploration, puzzle-solving, and playful interaction with their own characters and others’.
